My Palamino, my beautiful wife…
You give me direction, you light up my life.
There isn’t another with whom I can share
The depth of connection, the loving, the care
The secrets, the laughter, the wonder, the fun…
You’re the mountains, the ocean, my moon and my sun.
My days have real meaning with you by my side,
It’s all in the open with nothing to hide.
You give life a purpose with wonder and hope.
Where living without you means simply I cope.
When you’re prancing and stepping and strutting your stuff,
There’s never a moment when I get enough.
With your beauty and grace, your charm and your smile,
You turn every head with your luster and style.
I love your sweet skin and the smell of your hair,
Your feminine magic, your scent in the air,
It magnifies greatly, my sense as a man
Who loves to protect you with all that I can.
I love every inch from your head to your feet
You’re amazing and wonderful, loving and sweet
The way you glow softly when you’re sleeping at night,
Knowing you love me makes everything right.
Watching you lay there beside me asleep
For hours and hours my vigil, I keep.
I love every cranny from your ear to your toes
Your ankles and elbows, the tip of your nose
We are soul mates and lovers and very best friends
And whenever we argue we must make ammends.
You’re a classic, a woman with strength and desire,
A little bit water, air, earth and fire,
A little bit Cherokee, Irish and Greek,
You’re a mountain of joy, a magnificent peak.
The best of the best, they don’t get any better,
You’re a woman with focus, a savvy go getter,
Who has passion and purpose and heart with decision,
There aren’t many out there with your kind of vision.
With your kindness and smiles and the words that you say
You help me forget the bad parts of my day.
You are my catalyst – sparking my power,
You are my woman, my beauty, my flower.
With you at my side all our limits dissolve,
As Spirit and wisdom within us evolve.
There’s rarely a moment I don’t think of you,
I love you, I love you, I love you, I do…
With a shower of roses, a bottle of wine
Please promise to make me your one Valentine.
