It’s hard to describe the feelings and the energy of Siesta Key. It’s one of those things where you have to be there to get it - firsthand… This is one of our favorite places on the planet and actually a destination point for many Europeans and Canadians travelers anually - as well as East Coast and Midwestern Americans…
Here is a brief video of me at Siesta Key beach..

Some of the local ‘part time’ residents (snow birds in another dialect) have been coming here for many seasons and often own two separate homes - a Sarasota Florida home and the other one where they liove in the summer time and early fall (Florida’s hottest season).
Come play with us and practice Qigong together or be part of one of our Workshops…
I AM Michael Barrett, I AM a Qigong guy and I AM a Core Health Facilitator.
Sounds like a mantra from a self development seminar, doesn’t it?

Letting go is one of those things that turns out to be a difficult thing to actuate in real life. It sounds simpler than it is.
How many times have you gotten home from an inspiring lecture or seminar all fired up and ready to implement everything you learned into your life just to realize you haven’t got a clue how?
And absolutely a month after the fact you’ve pretty much forgotten that good feeling you had when you were all fired up.
Letting go - or not - is actually part of our identity, the who we are piece deep in our core. A deep aspect of identity health is what Dr Ed Carlson calls, “the root of holding on“.
We hang on to what we habitually are used to doing and to all the subconscious programing - until we don’t. 95% of what we do all the time is automatically being run by the subconscious mind - and the weird part is that we don’t even know it - or at least we are unaware of it consciously.
The subconscious just runs the show day in and day out. And that’s ok, depending on what’s in there. What if the default programs in our subconscious - from the past - are not in alignment with who we are today?
What if most of it is old junk and emotional debris from countless emotional hurts, traumas and external programming that have been accumulating for a lifetime?
What if we found out that we don’t have to do it the way we have been any more and that there is an alternative?
Imagine what you could do in your life if you really could:
Let go
Let God and
Love
Now we really can.
Dr. Bruce Lipton (Biology of Belief) and Dr. Ed Carlson (Founder of Core Health)
Thanks to guys like Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Ed Carlson, Gregg Braden and Dr. David Hawkins there is a way to do this. It’s a method called comprehensive kinesiology, or Core Health.
You can literally change your life in 12 weeks. I did.
And it only took me 35 years to find it, so I could.
You don’t have to wait 35 years and you don’t have to find Core Health, I did that for you.
This tool allows you to literally LET GO by going into your energy with an energy eraser and cleaning out all the junk and debris and confusion and letting go of it once and for all.
Then you can go into the energy and make new energy decisions and begin living in your perfect moment and let God take control again by choosing to relinquish your desire to run the universe and truly letting go.

And during this experience, you learn to love again - love your self, love life and love God.
Pure and simple, effective and permanent. Heal the separation and move on.
Get in touch and find out about events and facilitators in your area. This is about to expand really fast because it is so effective and the word is getting out. There are only 65 certified facilitators in the entire US and I am one of them. It’s a great bunch of dedicated people.
This YouTube meditation really resonates with me. I listen to this frequently - usually every day when I have a few minutes to pull myself back into alignment and relax.
We have been friends for 28 years. It has been nine years since I saw him last (until four days ago) and our level of communication and understanding each other is as close and deep as if we had been continuously developing our relationship that whole time.
We share a level of communication as men that is unusual in many ways. Ours is a Spiritual connection as are all of my close friendships. But unlike many relationships I have with other men, he and I share a common knowing of artistic and philosophical depth and understanding that is unparalleled.
He is one of the few individuals in my life who really has a read on whom I am, who has such a deep intellectual and emotional connection with me that he always reads me correctly and over the course of my 28 year friendship, has never once given me bad advice.
When he told me that this was his favorite poem ever. I had to read it. After I read it, I had to share it. I am never surprised by my friend any longer - only continuously amazed. This is love to me.
See why he calls this his favorite poem ever…
Touch Me…
Summer is late, my heart.
Words plucked out of the air
some forty years ago
when I was wild with love
and torn almost in two
scatter like leaves this night
of whistling wind and rain.
It is my heart that’s late,
it is my song that’s flown.
Outdoors all afternoon
under a gunmetal sky
staking my garden down,
I kneeled to the crickets trilling
underfoot as if about
to burst from their crusty shells;
and like a child again
marveled to hear so clear
and brave a music pour
from such a small machine.
What makes the engine go?
Desire, desire, desire.
The longing for the dance
stirs in the buried life.
One season only,
and it’s done.
So let the battered old willow
thrash against the windowpanes
and the house timbers creak.
Darling, do you remember
the man you married? Touch me,
remind me who I am. - Stanley Kunitz
